Third Day Wichita Concert reviews
Solid
This was an audience pleaser, overall, and a very enjoyable show. Kids loved it in the audience. The music and lyrics were nothing to write home about- the songs were just ok, so don't expect moving numbers a la Les Mis or Rent. But it was a very sweet story, and very relatable. There were plenty of fart jokes thrown in for kids that did get old after awhile. What I most enjoyed, though, were the sets, costumes, puppets, etc. Very amazing, and some great images on stage. There were a few good pop culture references thrown in there that the Third Day movies are famous for. Also, my wife and I really enjoyed this musical a lot. I am not the biggest fan of the Third Day movies (I have only seen the first two).
